Following her return to Portsmouth, I have taken on the dual roles of Assistant Project Manager and Upkeep Change Manager.At BAE Systems, I have been a strong advocate for mental health. As the previous co-chair of the Maritime Services Mental Health Steering Group, I have now become the site representative for Portsmouth Naval Base. A significant achievement of mine was collaborating with the Naval Base Commander of HMNB Portsmouth to extend support and services to Royal Naval personnel in the local area, ensuring they receive the proper signposting and support they need, fostering unity as one Team Portsmouth. Supporting those who protect us is a cause close to my heart.

This role involved planning and executing the delivery of ME and WE CAT A and CAT B maintenance, as well as rectifying OPDEFs. These tasks were managed in monthly work packages, each delivered over the course of a week, making meticulous planning critical due to the short turnaround times. I coordinated with various stakeholders across different geographical locations to ensure the maintenance periods were delivered efficiently and smoothly.
