Over 4 years I grew the business to a large-scale event seeing 120 vendors, 10,000 public attendees, 6 sponsors, a booked performance stage, over 50 volunteers, and entertainment feature areas.The NW Pet Fair grew to become the largest pet expo and adoption event in the Pacific Northwest with 10,000 attendees and over 150 vendors. The event featured pet adoptions, entertainment, vendors, and free performances and demonstrations on our center stage. Through my experience owning the NW Pet Fair, I have been able to make a positive and meaningful impact on the pet community in the Northwest. My business partner, Vanessa, and I were able to give rescue and adoption groups the exposure and presence they need to find suitable homes for their animals. After moving to Houston, it was time for the NW Pet Fair to find new management. The Southwest Washington Humane Society reached out, and have since been running the show.
