I consider myself incredibly lucky to have employment at organizations where my personal passion can drive my professional success in achieving our respective missions to support families. As a foster adoptive consultant and trainer at Utah Foster Care I get to recruit, support and train foster families in their important role of helping children in foster care. Since I have been a foster parents myself for over 20 years and have adopted 8 of my 10 children, I feel especially qualified to blend my personal experience and education in giving them the tools necessary to be successful. While working at the Family Support Center as the In-Home Coordinator I can use my organizational and communication skills in supervising employees as they strive to help children in a more proactive way. While I work with different clientele at each position the overall goal to help families be successful remains the same and I enjoy giving 110% of my effort to.
