Began my HR career began when I accepted a Human Resource Assistant position in the fall of 2000 with Heritage Operations Group. Over the years, I have worn many hats while serving in a variety of roles including Human Resource Generalist, Benefits Manager and Human Resource Manager. Over the course of my career at Heritage, I have had the opportunity to expand her knowledge and skill set in areas including Employee Relations, Wage Administration, Leave Management, Benefits Administration, HRMS Management, Recruitment and more. During this time, I was able to pursue a degree at Lincoln College, and graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Business Management in 2012. In April of 2018, I accepted the role of Vice President of Human Resources.
