Responsible for the management of the daily activities and work flow of the Private Client Group staff and the promotion of the sales and service of personal insurance to new and existing accounts in accordance with the guidelines, procedures and objectives of the company. Oversees the daily operations of the Private Client Group and the development and monitoring of policies procedure workflow.Works with Private Client Group Practice Leader to develop and engage goals and objectives for the Private Client Group. Responsible for contributing to the success of Private Client Group by serving, developing and cross-selling both prospect and exiting clients. Maintains long-term, high quality relationships with carriers. Develops a good working relationship with insurance company personnel and assists management in the evaluation and selection of prospective companies. Regularly meets with Private Client Group Practice Leader and others as needed, in order to foster strong carrier relations and meet shared goals and visions. Reviews and monitors employee performance through annual reviews and regular coaching for the Private Client Group service team. Reviews the weekly accounts receivable with the Private Client Group service team. Compiles and monitors new business reports on a monthly basis and requests periodic information from Private Client Group service team regarding work count, hit ratios and other information necessary to monitor efficiency and performance. Promotes open communication and develop a process with the employees regarding communicating company direction. Recruits, hires, trains, develops, and monitors Private Client Group Service team. Works directly with the Private Client Group service team to support company direction as it relates to such growth. Meets with insurance company marketing and underwriting personnel to relay agency needs and concerns as necessary.

Provided exceptional customer service to existing and new clients. Developed and maintained customer relationships. Responsible for account rounding, quoting and issuing new business as well as remarketing existing clients. Responded timely and professional to day to day client services including processing payments, endorsements, billing questions, providing certificates of insurance, filing claims etc. Along with the managing a large Book of Business I also managed the Personal Lines Department. Those duties included assisting with coverage questions, underwriting guidelines, meeting with marketing reps and ensuring that the monthly sales goals for the department were met.
