I am responsible for the marketing and management of over 100 agents. I maintain their websites, social media, communicate with outside vendors, design their marketing plans, and input commission checks. I am responsible for the daily operation of 3 offices. Implemented inventory control of all office supplies. Handle all communication with vendors and oversee scheduling and completed tasks. Assist the managing broker in our main office as well as annex offices with scheduling, on boarding and training of new employees, and creating and executing all company events. I create all office meetings for the managing broker as well as keeping all files aligned.

Working with a small property management team I am responsible for the leasing of units, renewals, and overall tenant happiness. Responsible for daily listing and all social media. I work with Marin Housing to assist in housing of section 8 housing voucher holders. I am responsible for the new and recertification of BMRs. Scheduling and follow through with any vendors regarding maintenance requests and turns of units. Recipient of the Rising Stars program.
