Amy Conlee is an international development professional with 20 years of experience in program management, capacity building, training, monitoring and evaluation and 13 years of experience managing USAID funded programs. She has extensive experience with managing complex public health and stabilization programs in Asia, Southeast Asia and Eastern Africa, including long-term positions as Deputy Chief of Party, Field Director, Grants & Program Activity Advisor, Program Manager and Program Officer with USAID, OTI, DRL, UN, and GAC financed programs. She has expert knowledge of small grants management, including grants design, procurement compliance and remote management of staff deployed in diverse, conflict affected environments. In addition, Amy Conlee features proven experience with developing monitoring and evaluation modalities and carries experience with leading proposal efforts.
