Undergraduate Student Success• Provide leadership for OCOB Student Services which includes staff and programs in Advising, Mentoring, Tutoring, Ambassadors, Multicultural Business Program, and Career Readiness• Foster innovation and continuous improvement in advising practices• Serves as campus liaison for OCOB to handle sensitive student cases including Title IX• Oversees undergraduate related events such as WOW week, Open House, Awards Banquets• Resolves student/parent complaints • Resolves issues of academic integrity• Provides leadership for initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion• Analyzes course demand data and create pathways for students to graduate on timeCareer Readiness• Leads the OCOB Career Readiness initiatives related to undergraduate students• Oversees student career development, mentorship, and training• Implements career readiness courses (BUS 206 and BUS 306)• Helps to establish and promote relationships with industry partners who hire OCOB UG graduates

• Provide hiring, supervision, support and evaluation of Professional and Peer Advising Staff • Provide support for Dean’s office initiatives, enrollment planning, communicating curriculum/university policies to students• Advise students and consult and guide faculty and administrators regarding advising issues• Develop and present advising programs; participate in implementation of programs and facilitate follow through, and assessment plans to assure student learning

• Establish relationships with employers who wish to recruit business students for internship and/or career positions. • Assist students with exploring career paths and concentrations, changing majors• Assist business students with preparing and searching for internship positions, including help with resume, cover letter, interviewing skills
