I oversee all seasonal launches throughout the year, ensuring all locations produce a standardized product. This requires extensive knowledge of our POS software, hands-on training with our Cafe and kitchen teams, and the creation of various Standard Operating Procedures. I collaborate with external brands to create new partnerships, creating community around the brands, and I support the stores in their daily operations. Finally, I participate in New Cafe Openings to ensure brand expansion is ongoing and seamless. I train new hires, put together purchasing lists, and support the store in the first ninety days of opening.

I responded to over 100 inquiries for catering over the course of 10 months, answering questions about menu offerings and pricing packages. Once a client confirmed with us, I worked to provide top-notch customer service at their event, keeping brand identity at the forefront and ensuring all client requests were met. On the backend, I created tracking systems for sales, clear channels of communication for cafe preparation, and Standard Operating Procedures for a brand new department. My largest projects included coordinating two high profile events, one at the Head in the Clouds Music Festival and one for KCON.

I managed the payroll for approximately 150 employees, ensuring everyone gets paid accurately and in a timely manner. I also acted as a liaison between our clients and security guards, assisting in answering questions about schedules, health and benefits, and our 401k program. I oversaw the onboarding process of all new employees and also acted as a recruiter, calling potential applicants and scheduling them for job interviews.

As a student manager, I trained new hires in the processes of the office and how to navigate our scheduling portal. I oversaw and reviewed their reservations, while still providing a high standard of technical support. In addition, I assisted full-time staff members in special projects relating to annual events.

I completed a link analysis chart for vehicle burglaries in the West Hollywood area. Completing this project allowed me to become familiar with the software currently used in the field of crime analysis.

I took customers' orders and ensured their food was delivered to them in a timely manner.

As the crime analysis intern, I was exposed to the daily responsibilities of a crime analyst. I created BOLO's and read all the police reports that came into the station on a daily basis. I was exposed to the software for facial recognition, geographic mapping, and link analysis.

As an assistant scheduler, I assisted faculty and staff in reserving spaces around campus for meetings, conferences, or receptions. Daily responsibilities included responding to emails and phone calls regarding availability of locations and changes made to events and providing technical support should our clients have issues working with our reservation website.

I was fully immersed into the Verdugo Regional Crime Laboratory by completing daily chores and special projects given to me by DNA and forensic specialists. Daily chores included washing DNA-related tools and equipment, cleaning the laboratories, and restocking personal protective gear.
