A pharmaceutical science graduate and pharmacy intern. In my BPharmSci course I was lucky enough to do a 4 week placement in biotech company where my position was a quality assurances associate. Through this position I was able to put the GMP skills and knowledge into action. In addition I was also able to complete an industry project with 5 of my peers, where I was able to formulate an effervescent tablet for cosmetic uses. The jump from Pharm Sci to pharmacy allows me to see both the patient/clinical aspect and the science aspect of a medication.
