Field Support Analyst
CurrentResolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and finding alternative solutions. Implements solutions and escalates unresolved problems. Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions and forwarding request. While working with Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)/Real-Time Automated Personnel Identity System (RAPIDS) Service Desk, Web-Does and Beneficiary Support Tool (BST) systems in correcting or explaining/assist the Service Members, Veterans and their family members in areas other than those questioned. Provided first call resolution for Field Support to Verifying Officials, Site Security Manager, and Project Officer in assisting in updating and correction service member’s records.
