As part of the regional program leadership team, I oversee grade level program implementation to lead direct reports in implementing a high-quality program, and maintaining strong school partnerships. Responsible for ensuring that the team achieves regional outcomes and impact. Ensure Program Managers are effectively running the iMentor program in schools, including facilitating iMentor classes and events and forming relationships with key school stakeholders to improve program quality across the grade level.Support Program Managers as they provide cohort level and individualized coaching to mentors as they work with students in the iMentor program.Guide Program Managers to use data to track progress towards individual and grade team goals, identify necessary interventions to increase success, and identify pairs that need additional coaching or supportUtilize data and benchmarks to set goals and create performance plans.Lead grade level team(s), ensuring that Program Managers have the right training, materials, and coaching to ensure they can meet appropriate non-cognitive and college success goals. Program Managers (PMs) facilitate high impact relationships between ~150 mentee and mentor pairs by leveraging iMentor’s programmatic model to deepen pair relationships and help mentors guide mentees toward the goal of post-secondary success.PMs work with mentors (adult-volunteers) to position them as a “go-to” resource for their mentee, and provide individual coaching for pairs. Reporting to a Program Director, PMs leverage the classroom environment to inspire personal and academic development for each mentee enrolled in the program. By facilitating weekly classroom lessons for mentees, leading monthly events, and providing individual support for pairs, they help develop a strong partnership at their school site and contribute to iMentor’s impact in the college success landscape. They join a results-oriented, collaborative team working within schools in the Chicago Public Schools network.

Responsible for the recruitment and advising of high school students through the college admission process. Reviewed applications to determine academic and scholarship eligibility for admission. Collaborated with staff and faculty in implementation of on & off-campus recruitment events (i.e. open houses, visit days, career fairs, and community fairs.) Worked closely with the financial aid department to counsel students through financial gaps. Consulted with the Strategic Enrollment office in making institutional changes to the application and financial aid process for inclusion of undocumented students. Served as the Undocumented Student Liaison. Created an institutional financial aid process for undocumented & DACA students that included a separate certification form for institutional aid. Guided the development of an institutional grant for undocumented students to be given as part of their financial aid package.
