In my role as Commercial Director of market research agency, ImpactSense, I am responsible for building and delivering on a strategy for marketing and sales that will allow the business to keep moving from strength to strength.

In my role as Commercial Director at Beatfreeks I led and held accountability for the Sales and Marketing function. Focused on making sure the business hit its sales and revenue targets, bringing in new business, and building long-term relationships with clients and organisations.

As General Manager at Beatfreeks, my role is to lead, manage and hold accountability for the sales and marketing function as well as pull together the other functions of the business to ensure a smooth running ship that’s moving towards our yearly target. I have oversight of all areas of the business and report directly into the CEO and board of Directors.

As Head of Partnership my role involved developing the organisation by forging partnerships with funders and organisations in order to develop the business and strengthen our work.

Between 2011 and 2018 I was the Producer, and one of the founding members, of theatre company Jackdaw. The company formed to present a sell out run of 'The Goodnight Bird' by award winning Canadian playwright, Colleen Murphy, at the Finborough Theatre in May 2011. As the Associate Producer at the Pleasance Theatre Trust I was responsible for maintaining, and developing the Pleasance's various artist development initiatives, and producing regular in-house events. Within my role at the Pleasance I also supported and fed into the Theatre Programme in both London and Edinburgh.My role also involved driving the business needs of the Pleasance both in London and in Edinburgh.
