Lead on the training for all Cambridge exams officers across the world both online and face to face.Responsible for logistics, design, development and delivery of 40 training webinars annually with an average of 200 attendees at each webinar from across the globe.Manage the design and development of an online self-study compliance course through a Learning Management System.Support regional colleagues to provide locally contextual training to exams officers in their region on an ad hoc basis.Attend UK based conferences for exams officers on request.

Teaching English as a Foreign Language in one of the busiest language schools in Cambridge, with the highest academic satisfaction results in EF. I taught multi-lingual classes from elementary to advanced level students, including focused skills classes (e.g grammar and vocabulary). I also was involved in developing and delivering new Special Interest Classes on British Culture and Drama.

As part of the Engagement team it is my role to bring the Union to the Students and ensure that they know what we do and how we can help them. Working at LCC specifically I work in the biggest UAL College speaking to students, highlighting issues back to the Union officer and staff team and supporting students to put on events and network with each other.It's a unique position and not common within Students' Unions. I do a lot of creative engagement, adapting quickly to what students need from the Union and making sure we are always visible in the College.

In this post I set up the Community Volunteering programme for the Union. This involved setting up trusted and reliable community partners that students could volunteer with and marketing the opportunities to students. I also managed all the volunteer administration.During this time I also managed an NUS funded allotment project and re-developed the Societies programme.
