Developing United Utilities’ strategic direction for Ww Network: - Creating and embedding strategies to reduce sewer flooding, prevent deterioration in asset health and increase infrastructure resilience;- Leading the development of the regional AMP8 base plan, including performance commitment delivery plans, for Ww Network;- Author for seven documents for our PR24 business plan submission, including enhancement cases, performance commitment technical appendices and a cost adjustment claim;- Responsible line owner for several PR24 regulatory reporting forecasts;- Subject matter expert for the external sewer flooding, internal sewer flooding, sewer blockages and sewer collapses performance commitments;- Line management of a business analyst and an intern

Assisted a large agricultural company with the development of a sewage sludge management plan, with the aim to encourage a move away from disposal and towards agricultural re-use as a biosolid. Included several site visits to the WwTW to assess suitability for the installation of sludge treatment equipment. Summarised recommendations in a comprehensive report.
