As an Account Manager of Client Insights at Service Management Group (SMG), I am responsible for development, implementation and ongoing support of my clients Customer Satisfaction programs. I work intimately with the projects data and clients initiatives to provide performance driven insights. I have worked with a variety of multi-unit retail clients during my tenure at SMG.Prior to joining SMG, I worked as an Account Manager for Smart Warehousing, a third party logistics company who specializes in custom warehousing and shipping. While at Smart Warehousing I managed key accounts, generated ideas to reduce supply usage while accommodating client’s needs and effectively reduced inventory variance. In 2011, I received an award for Account Manager of the Year. In my free time I take pride in an active lifestyle. In recent years, I've sustained my interest in recreational merriment by competing in triathlons, backpacking, cycling and running. I thoroughly enjoy experiencing new adventures and challenges in the great outdoors. Additionally, it is my love for the outdoors that has spawned my passion as a novice photographer. I enjoy capturing unique composition and expressing my creativity through photography. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management at Missouri State University.
