I have 19 years experience of working within the retail industry, 10 of which have been at management level and 5 years as manager for a highly respected luxury brand. I thrive and pride myself on achieving targets and increasing sales, successfully developing staff and the ability and confidence to address underperformance.In addition to my active retail experience I spent 3 years as an customer service, retail and team leading NVQ Assessor Responsibilities of this role included multisite site working to complete assessments with learners, developing and maintaining strong working relationship with employers and marketing/recruiting of the NVQ course.More recently in my career I have been working within the pharmaceutical industry, primarily focused on the Retail side of the business. As an implementation manager I have to visit multiple stores across the south and west regions, where I am responsible for over 50 stores. I also work closely with head office developing resources to use in store. This gave me the opportunity to use my I.T skills in conjunction with my floor based experience to create valuable tools and time saving initiatives.
