Tuped over from CBRE to Perkin Elmer (1stDec 2022) I continued to provide a service to the AstraZeneca account focusing on the hosting and planning of preventive maintenance of repairs and calibration of over 2,000 scientific equipment including GMP controlled assets. Immediate point of contact for site, overseeing installations whilst working closely with scientists and suppliers for installation work. Key accountabilities and deliverables included managing high priority customer enquiries involving controlled equipment and maintaining maintenance records whilst keeping the customers experience at the forefront. Issuing of ATW/RAMS and DRAs as required. On site checks of contractors as per CBRE procedure. Ensuring all QHSE requirements were met. Coordinating all core operational KPI's were achieved and measured in a timely manner. Active key player in preparation of SHE audits and lead on any corrective measures. Developed and managed a SHE incident reporting system and escalating any potential risks to the site lead.

A 90-day onboarding process was developed for managers, incorporating key customer touchpoints to ensure the onboarding process ran smoothly and efficiently.
