This position is responsible for effectively managing relationships with our GI pathology laboratory customers. Coordinate with pathology laboratories to resolve account issues and escalate unresolved issues to management as appropriate. Lead cross-departmental resolution team in devising, refining and implementing appropriate and creative approaches to resolving ongoing and new issues as they arise. Responsible for introductory interaction, providing education and acting as a liaison between the treating provider, the area manager, and/or other stakeholders in issues needing resolution. Assist with test order problem resolution as needed.

Acts as a technical reference within the Customer Service Department while functioning as a liaison between LabCorp and its accounts in response to inquiries and problems. Evaluates new procedures on methods under direct supervision of department supervisor or group leader. Assist in training and orientation of personnel as assigned.
