I am an experienced IT Content Systems Manager working in a busy IT department within the education industry. My strengths lie within content creation although I have a vast technical background in PHP, HTML and CSS. I find this knowledge greatly aids my online work and also the support I can give to other members of our school community. My current projects include extensive work with Microsoft Teams, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Indesign as well as various other Adobe and Office 365 applications. I would say my main skill set lies in getting to know products quickly so that I can both use them and support others in their use. This was demonstrated greatly in the online video content I created during lockdown to support both staff and students in our Teams and Microsoft 365 adoption.My day to day job activities include managing our Social Media channels, creating marketing materials, signage, managing our online behaviour systems and supporting staff in the usage of our IT Systems. I work with a close knit IT team using my skills to support and enhance their work and am always happy to lend a hand when required.I'm currently increasing my knowledge and experience of automation and using the Microsoft PowerApps suite to ease the workload of repetitive tasks within our school setting. I am keen to extend my work in this area as we begin to unlock its potential uses.
