Once in a lifetime opportunity to launch brand new Flower School and join expanding local floristry business, following completion of Floristry Diploma at Capel Manor College. Developing and creating all digital assets, branding and workshop content for the school, whilst managing the marketing, financial processing and administrative aspects of a busy flower shop and team of florists. Confidently facilitating and leading workshops to ensure attendees enjoyed learning new skills - proudly achieving sell-out sessions, positive feedback and repeat visitors

Completed three years part-time study to achieve a Distinction at MSc level. Modules completed include: fundraising, marketing, finance & accounting, charity law and people management. Distinction achieved for 20,000 word dissertation into ‘What makes a successful relationship between a Chief Executive and Director of Fundraising’.
