With over 25 years of experience in social services and mental health, I am passionate about helping people overcome their challenges and achieve their potential. My core competencies include behavioral assistance, program eligibility, case management, and grant submission. As a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional at Arisa Health, I work with high-needs youth in school settings, providing them with support, guidance, and resources to cope with their emotional and behavioral issues. I am motivated by the mission and culture of Arisa Health, which values compassion, collaboration, and innovation. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked with different populations and programs in Arkansas and Louisiana.In my current role, I apply my knowledge and skills in counseling psychology, which I obtained from my MA degree from Purdue Global. I implement interventions for students who struggle with various mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD. I also collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the students receive the best possible care and support. Some of the skills that I use in my daily work include support services, communication, and problem-solving.
