I have years of experience within the financial sector, with excellent management skills/ experience, including onboarding, recruitment to supporting and motivating staff, as well as excessive administration experience/skills, communicating with all levels of management, day to day duties, external communications, presentations, HR, system building and MI reporting. I am extremely forward thinking and have an eye for ways to increase efficiency and processes to achieve the goals of the company. I love a challenge and always put my best into every task. I love to be part of a team, or supporting others day to day, always bringing a smile or a solution to any query or issue that arises. Outside of work I love learning about wellness/mindfulness and being able to help others find happiness even in the darkest times.
