I joined UK Business Support Outreach team in April 2013 where I was one in a team of 5 who proactively reached out to PayPal merchants to assist in the growth of their business through PayPal receiving many awards and spot prizes for my work within Outreach, Business Support, KYT and campaigns I manage.I ran different projects in addition to my Outreach role. In May 2012 I moved to the Business Unit of PayPal. This role was a great opportunity for me as previously I had dealt with individuals who use PayPal and viewed everything from a buyer’s perspective. I joined the claims department in PayPal in 2009 and transitioned to the limitations department while completing this role. I was part of the claims front office department where I answered calls and assisted customers with any queries they may have about their claims.Provided all customers with the excellent customer service while ensuring I exceeded all targets set out to me I noticed while working in the claims department that some of the emails we sent out were confusing for customers to understand. I decided to update 5 emails. I had to re write a new template, get numbers of how much can be saved by updating this and cost factors to achieve this.
