I am a Senior Associate Attorney at Troutman Pepper, a full service law firm. My practice focuses on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, corporate governance, and securities law compliance matters for private and public companies. I received my J.D. summa cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where I earned admission into the Order of the Coif, was publisher of the Case Western Reserve Law Review and was awarded the Case Western Reserve Law Review Outstanding Student Note Award. While in law school, I served as a judicial extern for US District Court Judge Dan Polster and as a certified legal intern in the Community Development Clinic at the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center.
