I am a recent college graduate with a degree in public relations. Throughout my education I gained valuable experience through my work experience. As a waitress, I learned how to juggle many tasks at once while maintaining control in stressful situations. Furthermore, I enhanced my people skills and how to work in a team and as an individual. I was also an intern for azTeen Magazine where I encountered hands-on experience with event planning, marketing and public relations. While attending ASU, I also worked as a community assistant and sustainability paraprofessional for the school where I was able to work not only in a one-on-one setting guiding students through their first year of college, but also with large groups planning large-scale educational events.
