Experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. I lead program and project development efforts and guide service design, implementation, communications, and evaluations. I work with our teams to support member needs identification, research, training and consultation, and other functions relating to current and prospective services. Furthermore, I coordinate human resources, strategic planning and action plan development, data management, marketing initiatives, and business development strategy! As part of the Leadership Team, I drive organizational growth and process improvement, and supervise and coach many of our staff members to help each lean into their strengths.
