With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the health and wellness sector, I have had the privilege of working predominantly in educational settings at Utah Valley University. There, I developed and facilitated a variety of wellness programs and services tailored for students, faculty, and staff.In 2017, a job transfer for my husband necessitated our family's relocation to Arizona, prompting a difficult decision to leave my position at Utah Valley University. However, within the same year, a significant leadership change in my husband’s company led to our return to Utah.Upon our return, I resumed my career at Utah Valley University, teaching in the Public Health department. Soon after, I was hired by Mindful as a wellbeing coach and trainer for large corporations, which has been a wonderful and fulfilling opportunity. Additionally, I run my own private business, offering one-on-one coaching to clients focused on improving their overall health.My current roles embody my passion for teaching, facilitating trainings, and coaching, allowing me to make a meaningful impact on individuals' health and wellness.
