Seeks out organizational gaps and provides project management and internal consulting services in the areas of: Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, instructor led training, Kaizen, cost reduction, supply chain management, change management, 5S, layout, process and quality improvement, data analysis and modeling, and system improvements.

Gather business requirements by leading Joint Application Design Sessions (JAD) with internal and external stakeholders, developing surveys, observing and documenting current business processes in place, and other commonly used techniques. Documenting functional and non-functional requirements in industry-standard formats (use cases; software requirements specifications; diagrams) using UML modeling. Working closely with project team including Project Managers, Development, Architecture and Quality Assurance to ensure client requirements across all facets are met.

Lead Portfolio Manager on behalf of client providing project leadership on 55 construction projects with a combined value of $220M in above standard tenant improvements, in addition to re-engineering internal client business processes satisfying client’s need for greater accountability, project management standards, and process efficiency.

Evaluate and maintain print quality for 36 USA TODAY print sites, as well as USA TODAY Sports Weekly at 15 print sites and USA Weekend at 4 print sites.
