Management of multiple single-family home investment properties. Responsible for all advertising, tenant screening, rental application processing, credit checks, eviction searches, employment and reference verifications, and lease renewals. Assured properties are well maintained and ready for move-in. Managed contractors, repairs, and ongoing communications with tenants. Collection of rental income, manage expense payments, and prepare & maintain accurate accounting / tax statements.
