Ran team responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting internal applications and reporting for Financial Operations including budget, forecast, invoicing and invoicing approval for outsourced vendor spend, business intelligence reporting, and procurement process tracking. Managed accounting, budget process and supported fiscal year deliverables for third party agreement with annual budget in excess of $138M. Key achievements:• Developed and rolled out internal application (Endeavour) that supported the financial operations including budget, forecasts, invoicing and invoice approvals for outsourced vendor spend resulting in money and man hour savings. • Automated financial reporting processes leveraging Endeavor data and created reporting to support cost savings initiative which resulted in $50M in cost savings over 3 years.• Partnered with internal Tax, Finance and Business teams to create and implement a global process for tracking and issuing international payments that aligned with the appropriate geographical region for tax purposes reducing time and errors in tax reporting.

Lead and supervised all accounting functions including payroll, accounts receivable / payable, billing, fixed assets, cash flow and financial reporting.
