My job description includes design and development of the website, creating synergy with Product Distribution, Social Media strategies and blog utilization. Additionally, I discover the most effective products to aid the Small Business Owner in performance enhancement, staff utilization, profit increases and effective productivity. The highlight of my role is investing into the Small Business Owner as a Business Coach. Stephen Covey says that we should live out our imaginations, not "make our history". As a business coach my greatest responsibility is to be a wise steward of the Small Business Owners dream. I am fulfilled when dreams that are beyond grasp become achieved realities.

The purpose of the Dream Team Coordinator is to recruit, develop, and coach Dream Team leaders so that they reach their full potential. The DTC is responsible for the guest experience and creating an environment that is an excellent, inviting, and a life-giving. I directly lead and developed the coaches/lead team roles in maximizing their full capacity. I had the opportunity to lead over 2500 volunteers and help equip and develop them in their spiritual walk, home life and work. My greatest fulfillment comes when an individual discovers a dream and takes measurable steps towards achieving it!

As an ID, I designed and developed instructional material for training courses that support Regions Bank. In this role, I successfully demonstrated and utilized effective skills of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. I created and delivered materials through Instructor-led, Web-Ex, and Virtual Training experiences.

As a senior trainer, my role included delivery of training programs for Management, Sales, Customer Service, Business Banking, Leadership Development and Human Resources for multiple banking areas of operation. I also acted as liaison between internal and external clients to accomplish cost saving and effective training programs. I participated in assimilation of new trainers and HR partners for Leadership Guidelines for Success.I am knowledgeable in Myers Briggs and DISC personality profiles and am a highly effective communicator to all levels of leadership.
