- Involved in various functions of shipping and receiving from loading/unloading trucks to paperwork- Day to day interactions with numerous field tradesman/contractors regarding materials- Proficient in data entry into company MHS system which includes entering purchase orders, creating material receiving reports, OS&D reports and material transfers- Receive and verify incoming freight- Maintain professional relationships with vendors and engineering firms to streamline the materials process- Clear understanding of various material test reports required for materials used in various functions on-site- Perform other tasks including organizing and filing, inventory, material requisitions for contractors and material handling/storage

- Receive/ship material for various company areas- Knowledge in both company purchased and customer supplied receiving processes- Communications with both on-site and off-site purchasing personnel and client representatives- Proficient in organizing, rearranging, and maintaining shipping/receiving tent and outdoor storage areas according to ongoing projects and cliental - Process paperwork by matching materials received to packing slips, as well as material take-offs, requisitions and purchase orders- Perform other tasks such as document control through material test reports, organizing and filing, inventory control, material storage, material request pulls and transfers, skid steer operations, data entry and vendor relations

- Responsible for incoming and outgoing merchandise on a day to day basis- Scanning, logging, and finalizing product and redirecting them to various departments and divisions- Knowledgeable in dairy and pop orders requiring an understanding of Alberta deposits and levies, pharmaceutical products, as well as large book and magazine orders- Performed other tasks which required the use of different powered equipment such as electric power jacks, hand-operated forklifts and a ride-on WAVE vehicle
