Configuration Manager in the Performance and Review Office (PMO) on the Army National Guard Mission Intelligence Services and Support Task Order (ARNG MISS TO). Provided input and support for the design of a new portal CM database (CMDB). Managed the migration of Configuration Items (CIs), process asset library, workflows, storage, audit requirements, notifications, and processes to the new portal. Managed metadata capture, version control, proper historical archiving, data mapping, document analysis, the process asset library, workflows, storage, audit requirements, notifications, and data quality cleanup. Analyzed current task order (TO) and technical direction package (TDP) CM processes to help make the business as efficient as possible and automated the creation, review, and approval of all documentation possible. Acted as a client liaison and owner of the ARNG MISS TO delivery process including the lifecycle of all deliverables and workflows necessary to ensure on time and quality content submissions. Worked with all TDP program managers to ensure proper TO tracking and reporting of government equipment to the corporate government property management office and government customer.

Configuration Manager on the PEO STRI Army Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) program.Designed, developed, documented, managed, and audited configuration management activities for the program. Disseminated all configuration data on the government owned Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E) PCTE confluence space, allowing all program stakeholders visibility into CM data and records. Identified and maintained configuration items and documentation by establishing data libraries necessary to track various configuration items. Managed, performed, and regulated the Change Control Board (CCB) and change process so that only approved and validated changes were incorporated into the product documents and hardware software baseline. Managed and performed internal configuration audits and reported findings. Supported corporate level process and property audits regularly. Procured, received, managed, and audited government property and other program assets as the designated program property administrator. Maintained the contractor managed government property database used to track, report, and audit program assets. Supported program logistics efforts and meetings required to relocate Region Compute and Storage (RCS) systems from various sites within CONUS.

Configuration Manager on the Air Force Modeling & Simulation Training Toolkit (AFMSTT) program.Developed and maintained the configuration/data management page on the AFMSTT DI2E Confluence space utilized by internal and external stakeholders. Interpreted contract award delivery requirements and planned, coordinated, and delivered between 10 to 50 deliverables a month. Coordinated software delivery content and requirements. Delivered software source code, executables, and documentation in accordance with the Contract Deliverables Requirements Listing (CDRL) requirements in support of external software test events as determined by program management. Developed delivery tools and created a standardized and repeatable delivery process, reducing redeliveries. Continuously worked with team members to maintain control over hundreds of configuration items, including program documents, government property, and media. Maintained and audited data library consisting of a variety of configuration items (i.e., documents, government hardware, media, and software).Procured, received, and managed the acquisition of program property as the program property administrator. Maintained the government property database (i.e., WASP Mobile Assets) used to track, report, and audit records pertaining to contractor acquired property (CAP) or government furnished equipment (GFE).

Configuration Analyst on the Configuration/Data Management team on the PEO STRI Army Synthetic Environment Core (SE Core) program. Accomplished over 120 deliveries of terrain databases, models, software, off-the-shelf products, and custom data requests over an eleven-month period. Coordinated delivery contents and requirements, media creation and duplication, and documentation for all deliveries. Developed tools to ensure accurate deliveries and records. Created a standardized and repeatable delivery process, reducing redeliveries based on missing data or incompatible media formats. Sustained control over all configuration items by maintaining data management and version control of over 200 program documents and an average of 5-10 contract deliverables per month. Maintained and audited the program data library consisting of over 2,000 government furnished equipment (GFE) items, government furnished information (GFI) items, and other non-GFE/I hardware/software. Developed the configuration/data management portal site of the program's Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) accessed by internal and external users, ensuring all users had access to up-to-date program deliveries, GFE/GFI records, and all CM managed content. Organized and led change control board meetings, which consisted of agenda setup, meeting monitor, and minutes completion.

Maintained dual roles on the PEO STRI Army Synthetic Environment Core (SE Core) program. Supported contractor program management office in procuring equipment, source data, and software licensing required for continuous development, production, and proposal needs by coordinating requests for quotes, purchase requests, and purchase orders with corporate buyers. Prepared and submitted financial baseline change requests to project control, planned material budget accounts, regularly reported on cost performance variances and estimates to completion of control accounts. Managed entire program material budget as a Control Account Manager (CAM), which ranged between $250,000 and $2 million.
