Play a key role in the daily operations of American Portfolio Mortgage. Implementation of TRID Policies and Training throughout the company. Work with Quality Control, Post-closing and Compliance to correct any investor issues prior to loan purchase. Work with all employees to maintain optimal use of Encompass Software. As part of the Senior Management Team, implementation of branch and employee retention and new hires in company policies, procedures and the use of the Encompass LOS.
