Responsible for all aspects of payroll for over 25 small businesses. Processed payroll for over 250 employees weekly or bi- weekly. Created and processed payroll tax payments weekly or in according with the businesses schedule with the IRS. Created and maintained state sales tax accounts in various states within the United States. Processed new hire paperwork as needed for multiple states. Set up child support accounts with states and maintained those accounts on an ongoing basis. Assisted small business owners with Texas Unemployment issues and disputes. Performed light bookkeeping which consisted of downloading the books through Quickbooks and doing basic data entry. Created P & L’s as requested. Prepared annual tax statements and W2’s for well over 500 employees.
