About Amy Hunter
I was originally trained in criminal law and spent the majority of my traineeship focusing on solely criminal law. After I qualified as a solicitor I continued to work mainly in the field of criminal law. In April 2015 I joined my former employer and began to undertake family law work as well as that relating to Adult's with Incapacity and some general civil work. I also completed family mediation training. Since January 2018 I have returned to specialise in criminal law and worked with PDSO for a period of approximately 14 months. I regularly appeared in Courts throughout Scotland. Having joined the Crown in March 2019, I continue to gain invaluable experience.
