I am a seasoned corporate and nonprofit executive who excels at bringing people together to find solutions to complex business challenges. Bringing an abundance of energy and creativity to every environment, I can identify and secure the resources required for success, and execute to achieve results. My most recent role was Chief Opportunity Officer at Common Wealth Charlotte (CWC), where I was responsible for increasing CWC's impact through fundraising and partnerships. CWC works with economically-vulnerable individuals and their families, helping them build increased financial capability through financial education, counseling and access to banking and credit. After stepping down from my staff position, I joined CWC's Board of Directors. I am also integrated into Charlotte's entrepreneurial community, as an angel investor with VentureSouth and as a mentor working with aspiring entrepreneurs. With my extensive experience in fundraising, I am passionate about expanding access to startup capital in the Southeast, driving innovation and growth in the region.Prior to my role at CWC, I sharpened my fundraising and marketing skills at nonprofit tech startup SHARE Charlotte, where I led community-wide giving campaigns before succeeding SHARE's founder as Executive Director.  During my tenure, SHARE saw significant growth, expanding partnerships, revenue, web traffic, and corporate support, while weathering the storm of the COVID19 pandemic and scaling the SHARE technology and model to additional communities across America.Before working in nonprofit, I served as a senior leader at both Bank of America and Ally, leading transformative financial services initiatives in technology, operations, home loans, deposits, e-commerce, quality and productivity, and mergers and acquisitions. I am passionate about giving back to my community and my church, and serve on the board of three nonprofits - Women's Impact Fund, BraveWorks and Common Wealth Charlotte.
