My duties are answering a multiple line switchboard, greet incoming external/internal guest. I assist multiple departments entering invoices into our accounting software, I prepare our check deposits and update our accounting deposit spreadsheet, I sort incoming mail, data entry for multiple departments, bind manuals for our training department. I also maintain our meeting room calendars, scan and make copies for meetings, and scan and fax documents when needed.

I was the lead sales assoiciate for a Eddie Bauer store and also I did visual merchandising for the store.

In sales I would assist customers in selecting clothing, accessories, etc. to purchase and a visual lead I would put up displays of new items in store windows and througout the store.
