As lab manager, I am responsible for overseeing the operations within the lab. This includes training new students, troubleshooting lab issues, periodically providing updates to the lab PI, and ensuring all supplies are stocked. Additionally, I am responsible for planning, organizing, and executing lab events, managing the lab's social media, and keeping the lab website up to date.

I am a lead graduate researcher in the Aggression & Intergroup Relations lab under the direction of Dr. Bill Pedersen, specifically for the Social Exclusion, Pain, and Aggression (SEPA) line of research. My responsibilities involve training research assistants, running participants for research studies, data collection using Sona, Qualtrics, and CRTT software, and analysis of data using SPSS.

As a graduate assistant for the Department of Psychology, I am responsible for assisting with proctoring exams, grading exams and lab assignments, maintaining both an Excel and Canvas gradebook, and holding office hours for an Elementary Statistics course. I am also responsible for knowledge of research methods and APA formatting to aid students with their written work.

I was an undergraduate researcher in the Aggression & Intergroup Relations lab at CSULB, under the direction of Dr. Bill Pedersen. My primary responsibilities involved running participants and data collection.

As a research intern in the rev ops department, my responsibilities focused on the Voice of theCustomer (VoC) and Voice of the Student (VoS) projects. Within the VoS project, I utilized mixed-methods by created surveys and interview forms for our non-traditional learners study. Additionally, I was responsible for holding interviews with learners on their experiences with professional learning and reporting findings. Within the VoC project, I was primarily responsible for transcribing win/loss interviews with Instructure customers on our products including Canvas LMS, Mastery Connect, and Canvas Credentials.
