Provide direction and supervision for Help Desk Team members through production support, technical design, planning, and implementation which support SERVPRO strategies. 2. Consult and coordinate with CIO, Technical Services Manager, Project Services Manager, and Application Development Manager as well as other areas of SERVPRO for definition of requirements, technical implementation, processes, specifications, planning, resources, production, and prioritization, directed at SERVPRO business initiatives and corporate strategies. 3. Provide daily technical Production support to SERVPRO Corporate users and SERVPRO Franchise users.4. Provide maintenance, enhancements, and implementation for SERVPRO applications including, but not limited to, SERVPRO Office Automation, Visitation, FFA.5. Install, configure, maintain, and enhance PC/Desktop workstations, software, and peripherals for SERVPRO corporate users.6. Manage SERVPRO’s Technical Support Help Desk, answer user calls, track technical issues, and follow up with users for technical solutions.7. Utilize ticket system to manage and maintain record of all support calls and responses. 8. Determine issue prioritization based on critical needs of Franchises and/or corporate users.9. Coordinate as required with Technical Support personnel at MyServiceDepot in Columbus, Ohio for ManagER issues relating to SERVPRO Office Automation, Access, or other components. 10. Demonstrate expertise by providing sound, creative Technical approaches and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications, upgrades, patches, and new system technology as utilized in the SERVPRO environment.11. Develop and execute test case scenarios to help ensure quality products are released to the user base12. Assist with the development of user documentation for software developed in-house as well as documentation concerning the application of commercial software to SERVPRO processes.
