Based at Hoar Cross Hall, I am responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients, generating new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts and agreements. Also heading up our membership arm of the business. I leverage my skills in contact centres, retail, and customer service management to deliver exceptional service and value to our partners and guests.
