Working within the First Line Risk Operations team in AIB's Retail Bank providing subject matter guidance, expertise and oversight of Risk and Control Assessments, Operational Actions and Events and monitoring of Event Cause Analysis. In addition, I assist in the administration of a FLOD system that provides assurance for business areas 'key controls' to help mitigate identified key operational risks. I work collaboratively with all units within the Retail Bank with a focus on stakeholders relationships.
