Hr Operations & Systems Specialist
Current- Serve as lead administrator for ADP Workforce Now, support Workday processes
- Manage and audit day-to-day data, ensuring all employee data is accurate and complete.
- Design, run and manage all HR Reporting: quarterly dashboards, bi-monthly payroll package reports, federal & state reporting, SOX reporting, and internal reporting requests.
- Lead annual EEO, Vets, and State mandated reporting with assistance from HR and Legal partners; assist with Affirmative Action Plan data and reporting.
- Analyze global metrics – provide executive dashboard on quarterly and annual basis.
- Ensure the correct controls and processes are in place in accordance with federal and state regulation, in compliance with SOX guidelines.
