I am both an effective leader and task manager. Equally strong results have been demonstrated in working as an individual and in a team setting. As a project manager I have successfully lead various team members to produce one final product by a specified deadline. While as a department manager, I have been responsible for training and developing all associates. In addition, my previous responsibilities included direct negotiations with various media sources. I have efficiently managed advertising budgets along with generating and monitoring status reports. I possess a Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus in management. I have worked closely with top level executives, entrepreneurs, startup and established businesses. Throughout my experiences I have corresponded with TV, radio, magazine and other advertising organizations.Knowledge of Excel, Word and other administrative software is a continuously perfected skill. This was illustrated by the creation of a worksheet for sales which perfected accuracy and reduced administrative time. My software knowledge includes Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and other administrative software.
