Hi, I’m Amy - a seasoned change facilitator and qualified coach.I’ve spent all my professional life supporting purpose-led people in the charity, public and higher education sectors to navigate and bring about challenging change.Studying and practicing the reality of making change happen for 15 years has definitely been a humbling business! I’ve navigated the highs, lows, joys and frustrations 100’s of times now, and have learnt so much along the way. Supporting people through change can be hard, but I can honestly say it’s a joy to do this work daily, serving the inspiring (and often tired) people working to make this planet we call home healthier, more sustainable, equitable and joyful.I work 1-1, with teams and on programmes, supporting people to:~ Confidently navigate major transitions, like stepping into new roles, switching careers, or experiencing redundancy~ Overcome persistent challenges, whether it’s addressing work-life balance, boosting confidence, or managing stress~ Achieve difficult goals with more ease, from meeting deadlines to launching projectsI’ve seen so often that with the right conditions, most things can be made manageable.
