Working within a team of Architects and Interior Designers I am responsible for a variety of projects, working closely with clients from briefing and concept development, producing RIBA stage documents throughout and project completion. My role includes pitching and bid documents, client brief development, project visioning, design development and technical drawing packages, material and product specification and site delivery. Working alongside both clients, consultants and contractors I have diverse experience in a variety of sectors and with working with a range of budgets.I have experience in carrying out spatial analysis and workplace strategy as well as working within building regs, and to WELL and BREEAM standards.

The Stratford Haven is one of the Nottingham Castle Rock Brewery Pubs, primarily selling real ales brewed locally, as well as a range of ales from across England. I worked here part time throughout my higher education studies, and since leaving education have been working as a full time assistant manager. This job has provided me with many transferable skills including excellent communication skills both with customers and suppliers. I am able to plan, budget and forecast stock and sales through strong commercial judgment and product knowledge. As a manager I am able to work strongly independently as well as lead a team and delegate tasks appropriately in order to manage timekeeping and deadlines and enable myself to complete administration tasks.The location of the pub, in close proximity to both Nottingham Forest Football Ground and Trent Bridge Cricket Ground means the pub becomes extremely busy particularly on match days. Throughout these busy periods I have proven a steadiness under pressure, adaptability to the situation, and quick, appropriate decision making and problem solving under pressure.I am responsible for the social media for this establishment enabling me to demonstrate creativity, whilst advertising products and marketing. This is important when expanding product ranges introducing new products and keeping good relations with suppliers, local clients and customers alike.
