Responsible for the smooth operation of the Walmart Business Unit in Unilever supporting the building of relationships with ASDA and leading projects to work collaboratively with the customer through joint business plans.

Responsible for ensuring a coordinated SU approach for Aerosol and Non Aerosol Production. This was achieved through the development of the Annual Plan and the Business Growth Strategic Plan which included reviewing the capacity growth plan taking into account production line capabilities, MOQ's and volume analysis for strategic decision making.

Responsible for the demand planning aspects of 5 Non Aerosol production lines managing capacity peaks through global supply and stock management.
