- Assist in the supervision of the guards in carrying out their assigned duties- Conduct daily room inspections, report deficiencies to the Head Proctor, and post on Guard Room bulletin board; maintain good order and discipline within the Summer School barracks; make sure barracks are kept in a high state of police at all times; check all rooms for damages and put in reports through the OS&D system; ensure work orders are properly submitted; spot check and ensure that all rooms are reporting damages, and perform as barracks guard as needed- Check in summer school students
