In 2022, when Anheuser-Busch relinquished its rights in the wine segment within the NFL, I seized the opportunity as a marketing and branding leader at Gallo. Taking action, we established Gallo as the official wine and vodka sponsor of the NFL, strategically positioning Barefoot—America's favorite wine brand—at the center of an enthusiastic and loyal fan base. Collaborating with Donna Kelce, known affectionately as America’s favorite football mom, we have engaged football fans in an impactful way. This partnership has already attracted 2 million new customers to Gallo, and with our long-term commitment, we are poised for sustained growth and success. This is merely one highlight in a series of successful brand partnerships I've led at Gallo. In 2023 alone, under my guidance, we secured and executed 66 partnership deals across 120 brands. My journey in marketing has been enriched by a comprehensive background that began in production and transitioned through supply chain management, finance, and ultimately, to branding and marketing. I have been promoted through six functions and held 13 leadership positions at Gallo, culminating in my current role as a senior-level Vice President. My strategic approach has contributed significantly to our success, including:- Increasing global revenue at Gallo by $1B over the past four years through innovative marketing strategies for 30 of our top brands.- Implementing agile marketing practices across all business units, enhancing speed to market and fostering innovation to deliver products that resonate with consumers.- Recognizing the need for a dedicated data analytics function at Gallo, I spearheaded the development of a customer data strategy that enabled data-driven decision-making across teams.Having gained experience across various functions, I cultivate strong empathy for the teams I lead. I prioritize creating a culture of authenticity, transparency, and collaboration, clearly communicating organizational goals and challenges to build trust and enhance teamwork.I am eager to connect with fellow professionals and expand my network.
